Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we currently have a $300 minimum order.  It get's time consuming and costly to ship extremely frequent small orders!

What are your payment terms?

Typically we require payment when products are shipped.  For large orders, terms may be negotiated.  

I'm having trouble with the order form, what do I do?

If you are having trouble using the order form provided in the wholesale portal, you can either email Geoff at geoff@chakamarketbridge.com or call us at 202-656-8790.  We’ll be happy to help you through your order, and can process it through email or right over the phone.

Ok, I've submitted my order.  What happens next?

We will confirm your order within 24 hours.  Because all of our products are handmade by individual artisans, we have limited quantities of each style.  We will maintain an updated listing of our quantities on hand in the Wholesale Portal (here), but we want to be 100% sure that we have what you want before we ship any of it.

Do you accept backorders? What if the style that I want is sold out?

We are happy to accept backorders and will work with you to ensure that the production timeline and shipping schedule will meet your needs.  Because your backordered products are being made in Nicaragua, expected fulfillment times can range from two weeks to 90 days.  An anticipated timeline will be provided for your approval before your order is confirmed and accepted.  Please contact geoff@chakamarketbridge.com or call us at 202-656-8790 with any questions. 

Do you have a return or refund policy?

We will certainly either replace or refund anything that breaks in transit (your preference).  If it’s broken, all we’ll ask you to do is to take a picture and send us the picture within 14 days of the shipping date.

Additionally, we offer a 100% guarantee that you’ll love the products.  If you’re not 100% satisfied when you get them, please ship them back within 14 days of the date we shipped them out, and we’ll provide you a full refund.

Is it possible to order a product with a design modification?

Probably.  Our artisans are generally more than happy to modify designs and colors, however there are times when colors or other materials may be limited, so we can’t make any promises.  Please let us know if you’d like to see a new design and we’ll coordinate with the artisan and let you know.

Are your products food safe?

Yes! Our ceramic and wooden bowls are all foodsafe.  For product safety and care guidelines, please see page 38 of the catalogue.

Do you sell, or can you suggest where to purchase, vase liners?

We don’t currently sell the liners, but will be happy to recommend specific liners that fit with certain products.  Please let us know which product you’d like to line and we’ll find a solution!
