How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the items included in your purchase and the shipping method you select.

What shipping service does Chaka use?

We ship all items via USPS. We offer USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, and USPS Priority Mail for all orders.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Does Chaka ship items outside the United States?

Currently, Chaka ships packages only to locations throughout the United States. If you are looking to purchase an item from an international address please contact Chaka customer service at (877) 852-8998 and we can try our best to accommodate you.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Chaka is not responsible for replacing lost packages if USPS can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility to insure you are familiar with the approximate delivery date.
