Placing Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) via our secure payment network. At Checkout, you will also have the option to pay via Paypal if you desire.
When can I expect my order to arrive?

Order Status
Did Chaka receive my order?
After you place an order, you will see a confirmation screen that includes your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email that includes an order summary.
How do I know what's happening with my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Items Not Available Online
The item I want to purchase is no longer available. Will Chaka backorder the item?
Because we partner with artisans from remote communities around the world, we cannot guarantee the availability of out-of-stock items. However we do maintain extremely close relationships with each of our artisans and would be happy to try to accommodate your request!
